Sagi Doron
Managing partner
Sagi Doron is a real estate entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous successful projects across residential developments, commercial office spaces, and hospitality-oriented properties.
His expertise centers on identifying strategic locations and developing assets that respond precisely to market demand. His experience spans new construction, urban renewal, property enhancement, rezoning of land and buildings, and the identification of properties and land with strong potential for value creation.
In addition to his real estate activity, Sagi Doron has held senior management positions in companies operating in the technology, finance, and real estate sectors, both in Israel and internationally.
Known for his commitment to excellence and attention to detail, Doron works closely with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure that every project is executed to the highest standards - from initial concept through final delivery.
SHAY MAZIG
Managing Partner
Shay Mazig is a technology entrepreneur with extensive experience across the internet and digital industries. He is known for his innovative thinking and strategic vision, which have enabled him to build and scale successful companies in multiple online sectors.
He began his career as a co-founder and project manager, where he developed strong technical expertise and gained deep insight into software development and digital product management. In 2004, leveraging this experience, he founded his first internet startup and transitioned fully into entrepreneurship.
Over the years, Shay Mazig has founded and co-founded several startups, including ventures in the gaming development and fintech sectors. Across these initiatives, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to identify market gaps and develop effective, forward-looking solutions.
In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Shay Mazig is an active investor in the technology and internet space, participating in multiple successful startups as an angel investor. With a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, he leverages his experience and professional network to support early-stage founders and growing companies.

Chief Financial Officer
Christos serves as the Chief Financial Officer of EliteEdge Ltd. He holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and an MSc in Business Management (Accounting & Finance) from the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol). He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.
Based in Cyprus, Christos is a highly regarded finance professional with over 10 years of experience in the financial sector. He has built a strong reputation as a trusted advisor to both individuals and businesses. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles across banking and finance, including several key positions at a leading bank in Cyprus. Known for his financial expertise, strategic insight, and leadership, Christos plays a central role in supporting EliteEdge’s financial planning and long-term growth.
